With a wealth of experience in IT, technology, and digital program management, my career spans consulting, integration, vendor roles, and client-side perspectives, providing a holistic view of the industry. I've led and advised on numerous large, complex transformation programs, particularly in the core banking sector, across Poland, CEE, and the EU.
Having worked with prestigious organizations such as Raiffeisen Bank International, AXA, McKinsey & Company, PwC, Accenture, Arthur Andersen/Andersen Business Consulting and Finastra, I bring a unique value proposition of having been on all sides of the barricade. This includes roles at leading financial institutions, consulting firms, and large enterprise software vendors. My experience encompasses strategic contracting, vendor management, and the design and implementation of efficient governance models.
